Forest Bathing Walk

Forest Bathing or Shinrin-Yoku (rooted in Japan) is gaining popularity worldwide and offers a range of health benefits both for humans and the natural world! This relaxing practice invites us to deepen our relationship with nature on a slow, mindful walk with simple invitations to quiet the busy mind, awaken the senses and imaginations, and enjoy connecting closely with a small area of this beautiful park. Join Nature & Forest Therapy Guide Jane Scanlon, with Above the Clouds Forest Bathing for this relaxing 1- mile wander, closing with a tea ceremony using local plants with known health benefits.

Recommended ages 12-adult. Maximum 12 guests. Preregistration required. Meet on the Visitors Center patio. We aim to begin promptly!
