Friends’ Annual Membership Meeting

 The Board of the Friends of the Florissant Fossil Beds Invite you to our Annual Meeting to be held on Saturday, August 22nd, 2026 at the Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument.

Please join us at 1 PM in the picnic area by the yurt for a bag lunch. We will provide dessert and drinks.

After lunch, we will hold our Annual meeting during which we will award the Visitor Service Award and present information on our accomplishments in the past year. Following the meeting, Colton Broady of Seventh Contracting from Divide, Colorado will be presenting the plans and a walk-through of the A-frame remodel and the trailer pads with hook-ups project. This project will house interns and seasonal employees. The planning for this project is funded by a generous grant from the National Park Foundation.
